Zephyr Group, part of DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, independent distributor of large diesel and gas engines spare parts in shipping and power plant market is hiring Back Office Executive for the offices in La Spezia (Italy) & Greenock (Scotland).
Job Description
- Managing purchasing process and stock.
- Creating sales offers for our customers.
- Establishing and maintaining a cooperative relationship with our customer’s offices (Technical and Purchasing Departments) in order to close deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in spare parts backoffice.
- Preferable Maritime Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language would be preferable.
- Familiarity with office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Business Central.
